MARSEILLE is based on the secret recipe of four medieval thieves. They were caught stealing from plague victims in Marseille. In exchange for clemency, they revealed their secret concoction. With notes of cinnamon, eucalyptus, and honey, this amaro can be enjoyed neat or in a variety of cocktails. 

They macerate in stainless steel tanks, use no artificial filtering agents or artificial colors, and the only sweeteners used are raw: organic turbinado sugar or raw honey from Upstate New York. Almost all the of the ingredients are USDA organically certified- the few that aren’t, have either been grown by small farmers without certification or wild foraged.
