Fun and flirty, yet, sophisticated -a vintage 50's skirt to go from day to night in!

Touted as 'sporty', this vintage 1950's skirt would be considered anything but, by today's standards. This royal purple color, 100% cotton medium weight skirt is gently pleated into a 1" waistband with self fabric belt loops. Waist has button closure and snap closure placket. Hem of skirt has iconic 50's rick-rack (zig zag) style trim in soft yellow, pale pink and baby blue colors. Label reads 'SporTeens' and two hanger tabs sewn into interior waistband also read 'Sporteens'. Condition is near mint with one small hole at waistband, which would be easily covered by a belt!
