Made of excellent quality black creped rayon, this beauty features a flattering tailored bodice, a slim pencil skirt with 2 tiers of long black fringe, a sweetheart-shaped neckline, low V-back, rear slit for ease of movement, and rear metal zipper closure. The dress is of very good quality and fully lined in rustling black acetate. No tags other than the blue ILGWU label.
