This stunning fabric is a vibrant cobalt blue with mottled gold paint strokes on this long sleeved dress with deep V front and back with tie, elastic waist and side splits.  Puffy sleeved with elastic at the wrist.

FIT DETAILS:

Bloomoo is a more fitted style than my usual dresses.  Check the bust and hip measurements.

It has an elastic waist so when looking at measurements keep in mind that there is quite some stretch to the waist band.

BlooMoo has a deep V at the front and back and has a clasp to lessen the V. It is revealing and I added another hook and eye to mine at the front. 

The bust measurement is with the item lying flat but the tie at the back V can mean that there is more room at the bust than the measurements indicate depending on how tight you tie the back of the dress together and how open you want the front V.

The body of the dress (Top and skirt) is lined to the side splits  with the sleeves left sheer.
