The Fayette Pix wings are an original design from my 2018 Pixish Collection, also a convertible style of the Ethereal collection. 

Inspired by dragonflies and the pix fairy wings in Carnival Row.

Usually the Fayette wings are made with an extra layer of black vinyl detailed veins, but I'm leaving those off to price them more affordably.

Include a note with your order for your chosen iridescent film color or email after ordering, the veins will be black.
Available film colors are: Clear Diamond Fire, clear Ultraviolet, clear Opal, clear Aurora, Dark Crystal (limited stock), Poison Apple, Autumn Night, Rose Gold, Patina Green, Berry, Neon Yellow, and Spiked Punch.
Color shown is clear Ultraviolet.
You may upgrade to a painted set, or to add the extra vinyl veins for an additional fee.

They measure 45" wide by 36" tall when displayed in their fully open upright position, though of course the rubber washer assembly allows for the panels positions to be rotated into your desired position. The upper panel measures almost 25" long.

The frame is constructed of a .040" thick cut aluminum sheet that has been powder coated, and laminated with an iridescent film and clear vinyl. 

These are bigger and much fuller than all the other standard large Ethereal Collection wings.

It's constructed of separate upper and lower panels, layered slightly for a more realistic look and are more easily posed by gently bending the panels at the angle you wish.

*Simple assembly required

Panels are constructed separately and attach with included standard screw bolts and nuts. The upper screw is finished on the outer side with a domed acorn nut, which looks like a flower stamen if flowers are attached to hide the hardware. 
I will leave the flowers up to the customer for the meantime, so you can match your outfit. I just use faux flowers torn off from the plastic stem & punched an 1/8" hole to go over the screw. Then, screw the acorn cap on. 
The photo of only the brace shows the latest brace shape in black that comes with the wings that now has a thicker bar across the bottom, but yours will match your wing's vein color. The last closeup shows an example of the older version back brace on the back of a different set of wings so you can see how it would attach with ribbon or elastic as well as how you can decorate it with faux flowers.

You can wear your wings in resting position by removing the bottom screw if you find yourself in a packed crowd. I suggest removing it while the wings are off due to the small parts - a magnet may be helpful for catching the bolt after removal and a small wrench and / or screw driver may come in handy.

Alternatively they can now be assembled with included rubber washers to make them fully adjustable - just grab the panel you want to move and rotate it into position, no un-screwing needed!!

The wing panels can be removed for easy transport, or to change up the look by removing or swapping the antennae, upper panel, and lower panels.

They can be worn either by tucking them into the back of any very snug & sturdy bodice or corset, or by attaching your own ribbon or elastic by slipping it through the slots on the back brace.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I've had issues accessing the clear elastic they used to come with, however since I've increased the detail and therefore the weight slightly you may want to use something stronger than clear elastic anyway.

Please allow at least 3 weeks or more to produce and ship out your order. I may be able to get them done faster but they wouldn't be done as fast as a day or two after ordering and there would be a rush fee.
Due to political interference causing delays with the US Post Office, there may be delivery delays beyond my control. The issue seems to have improved since last winter however, and so far I haven't experienced the same delays with Priority shipping.
If you want to change carriers or shipping methods, please contact me right after ordering.

No returns or exchanges except in the case of serious defect, lost package or damage upon shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment or it appears lost, contact me asap and keep all packaging if damaged so a claim can be filed.

Small imperfections such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc. are normal as these are hand made products.
