Our Australian porterhouse sirloin steaks come from cattle that are grass fed, 100% pasture-raised and free to roam naturally in the fields. Unlike most sirloin steaks in Australia, our steaks are free from any additives and raised ethically.

As for its flavour profile, porterhouse is considered one of the highest-quality cuts available, which means it requires little in the way of adornments to deliver a delicious meal. The Porterhouse cut is prepared from the striploin and is a lean but tender steak with a thin top strip of fat which gives it extra taste.
