The 2023 is full of crunchy raspberry, strawbeety & rhubarb, a faint dusting of white pepper & woodsmoke. It's a delicate, spotlessly clean & very elegant expression of Trousseau. Raised only in stainless steel - so little colour but so much delicate complexity.

Crochet of herbs with delicate wild berries works perfectly with the lacy tannin and texture. With its sous-bois character, sweet leaves, fennel seeds, and crunchy forest fruit, it is something of an alpine light red. Just lovely."
