This kit is designed to be used three times a day over a two week period. Treat your hemorrhoids (1) when you wake up in the morning, (2) after your first bowel movement, and (3) again before bedtime.

• Step 1: Clean the affected area with mild soap and warm water and wash hands thoroughly.
• Step 2: Using an included finger cot, apply ointment to anal canal. Do not insert more than two inches. Discard finger cot and wash hands thoroughly.
• Step 3: Spray the rectal area until thoroughly moist. Wipe off excess with tissue.
