The finish provides resistance to corrosion and wipes clean easily. Twist lock ring locks torque setting in place. Alloy steel construction. Oil resistant elastomeric handle. Features SAE scale on top of tube and metric (newton meter) on underside of the tube. Sealed head keeps out dirt and oil. Torque accuracy of plus/minus 3% CW in the upper 80% of wrench capability. Handle twist to easily set desired torque. Torque range of 20 ft./lbs. to 100 ft./lbs. When the wrench is set at the low end of the torque range the click will be less than when at the high end of range. Meets or exceeds ANSI standards.
