The following courses, materials, and support have been compiled into an educational program for advisors at Thrivent who would benefit from an introduction to exit planning and the Value Acceleration Methodology™. This program will provide participants with the knowledge to better help business owners plan holistically for the eventual transition from their company and how to engage in meaningful conversations with business owners to empower them to take action and begin planning now. The program curriculum will conclude with a faculty discussion session facilitated by EPI. Upon completion of the educational component, EPI will facilitate four quarterly mastermind sessions, led by EPI faculty, to support participating advisors as they integrate these conversations into their daily routine.
