Adorned with a wooden handle, Deejo knives are not dishwasher safe. Use the soft side of a damp sponge or cloth to clean the blade, and avoid scraping it. The abrasive side of sponges should be avoided completely for risk of damaging the blades beyond repair.

The micro-serrated model does not require any special sharpening and always retains a perfect edge.
