The salvaged and repurposed material set in these earrings began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested from a major auto factory many years ago.

These custom cut beads are beautiful Type 2 Motor Agate beads: Color on color layers with metallics, and are both cut from a single piece of vintage fordite.
