The smart energy meter is an essential accessory for on grid and off grid installations. You can combine it with our self consumption inverters, the Voltasol Hybrid HSI series.

The set of accessories Modbus Card and Modbus server are optional and can be used with the hybrid inverters only. The Modbus card is the way to interface the inverter to the energy meter. The user can monitor in real-time, every day the energy production for import and export to the grid. Modbus server is a hardware that establishes a hub for multiple inverters. For example, it is very useful when 2, 3 or more inverters are configured in single and three phase systems with multiple Modbus cards.

The meter is loaded with many useful measurements that are clearly dispayed on the LCD screen. You can check by pressing the touch screen buttons the voltage, active and reactive power, frequency, total harmonic distortion (THD) of current and voltage, and imported and exported energy.

The maximum power demand is measured up to 60-minute intervals, this is fully adjustable. The integrated interface of the smart energy meters provides 2 outputs: pulse, RS485 Modbus RTU.

The maximum measurement current is 100A per phase. This device is self-powered, there is no need for externa supply, it comes with a touch screen and user-friendly navigation menu.
