GAME-CHANGING AUTOFOCUS
Inside the EOS R8 is our renowned Dual Pixel CMOS AF II focusing system. It recognises and tracks different subjects and is accurate even in meagre light – down to -6.5EV.

Excellent AF for both stills and video
No matter how you’re shooting, the EOS R8 tracks and follows moving subjects right to the edges of the frame. Even if the main issue is obscured for a moment, the camera anticipates its movement and reacquires focus as soon as it reappears.
