The SPF is an off-grid solar inverter that works with solar panels at high voltage. The operating windows start from 120V and up to 450V. A healthy system should operate between 300 and 350V to produce enough usable energy or even for running without batteries.  The minimum recommendation is 6 solar panels 300-500W each.

If you do not monitor a product then you can not improve it, that's why we added in the box the WiFi connection to allow the user direct access to their inverter. 

A unique feature of the Growatt SPF that is not available on another off-grid inverter, is its capacity to supply the AC loads in parallel with grid + solar when the batteries & solar are not strong enough. The inverter will not go to bypass mode instantly when the energy reserves are low.
