The P6101B is a 1X probe rated to 15 MHz, while the remaining models are 10X probes ranging from 100 MHz (P6109B, P6112, P3010) through 200 MHz (P6111B, P6117) up to 400 MHz on the P6114B. Input characteristics track these tiers, with the 1X probe presenting 1 MΩ system input resistance and roughly 100 pF typical input capacitance, and the 10X probes presenting 10 MΩ with typical input capacitance near 13 to 14 pF.
