The Fluke 6062A has amplitude and frequency modulation as well as phase and fast-rise pulse modulation. The instruments gallium arsenide pulse modulator generates fast, high quality pulses for testing of pulsed communication and navigation circuits. The 6062A employs a design that can generate very narrow pulses, limited only by the modulator's 15 ns rise and fall time.
