Yes, the PowerDuo will work with almomst all cases as long as the case is not too thick or heavy. We suggest using a SnapMag case for the best experience.

How many devices can the PowerDuo charge?
The PowerDuo is capable of charging a maximum of two devices at the once time, being a smart phone on the face and wireless ear buds on the base.

Does this work with my SnapMag Case?
Yes, when paired with a phone that has a SnapMag case, you will have a stronger magnetic connection with the PowerDuo charging head.

Does the PowerDuo charge non-MagSafe devices or Galaxy smartphones?
Yes, the PowerDuo is compatible with all Qi wireless enabled devices even if it is not a MagSafe enabled device. Please just use the included SnapMag ring for the magnetic function to work.

Do I need any special adapters for the PowerDuo to work?
The PowerDuo requires a 20W adapter to ensure stable charging.
