Each quadrant paints a picture for the patient from normal healthy bone & tissue on one side and opposing side demonstrating periodontally affected areas with calculus deposits, bony defects, furcation on the back molars and mobility of each tooth from the bone loss. 

Soft pink silicone material gingivae is sectioned interproximally and through the buccal at the mid line allowing easy demonstration during patient discussions. The teeth included on the normal side are securely held in place and are not removable. On the periodontally affected side, the teeth are anatomically rooted and are held in place with adhesive to demonstrate mobility. Excellent tool for patient education.
